No longer a customer. Took the car in for service and got a "complimentary health check" that advised my brakes front and back were at their minimum. Luckily, I couldn't afford to have them all done at the same time so I left the rears for another day. 4 weeks later I get my MOT done at another garage (far cheaper than Wallyford) and I'm told there is nothing wrong with the rear brakes.
Now I don't know what the minimum is for Volvo, but if it's good enough to pass an MOT without even so much as an advisory, then there is no need to have them replaced. And now I'm wondering if the front brakes even needed done. Totally lost all confidence them.
